Dan is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Keltus. He is passionate about providing experiential learning programs that encompass adventurous challenges to provide people the ability to cope with fear and stress, whilst simultaneously developing their compassion and resilience and ultimately leading to them achieve their full potential.
Alison has a deep reverence for the human interconnection with the natural world and a respect for our collective responsibility to tread lightly. Ali has led outdoor educators and facilitators in the remote and wild polar regions for 10 years providing complex, multi-faceted and decentralised operations in extreme and changeable environments to up to 200 clients at a time.
Josh has been actively involved in his passions of outdoor education and developing individuals and teams for more than twenty years. Josh has authored experiential learning publications and has led adventurous activities across Australia including seven expeditions on the Franklin River.
Emily is a Defence researcher and practitioner with over 13 years of experience in areas of civil-military coordination, interagency leadership, organisational learning and evaluation, and operations analysis. Emily has an interest in understanding and measuring resilience, and ensuring the benefits of adventurous training activities are transferred into study, work, and life.
Curtis McGrath OAM served in the Australian Army for 6 years, showing honor in East Timor, Indonesia, and Afghanistan. In 2012, he lost both legs in an IED explosion, but just 20 minutes later, he declared his intention to compete in the Paralympics.
18 months later, he became the World Champion at the World Sprint Canoe Championships in
